Making you happy makes us happy. So if you're not satisfied with your item, we’ll gladly take it back within 30 days if it is unworn and undamaged (a try on is cool, a sweaty hike is less cool). All our items sell out, so once it’s back on our shelves, there’s a good chance it’ll be off on a new adventure before long.

• If you’re keen for an item exchange or store credit, we’ll cover the cost of your return shipping.
•  For refunds, we deduct $14.50 to help cover the costs associated with shipping & processing the return.
• Sale items can be returned for a Zorali Credit to be used online only or exchanged for a new product, only - no refunds. The value of the Zorali Credit /exchange will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item that you are returning. 
• Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
